About Us

一年將盡的時候，
總想和重要的人，好好聚一場。

但年年都是同一間餐廳、同一場制式的聖誕趴，
未免有點可惜。

2009 年起，趨浪遊艇做的
就是把一場聖誕派對，
從「又一年的應景」，
變成今年特別記得的那一晚。

從一口入口的 Finger Food、冷盤、熱食到甜點，
都講究好吃、好看、好拿；
需要時，也能搭配應景的特調與佳釀——

every course to the rhythm of the celebration. Served on porcelain,

never disposable — from refined finger food and cold platters to warm dishes,
